Toby Rowan, 47, of Fifty Lakes (formerly of Hastings) passed on January 7, 2021 while working as a Paramedic. He left behind a wife, children, grandchildren, many close family members and countless friends.
He was so proud to serve as a Paramedic. Toby loved life, and we loved him. He is so dearly missed.

Donations will support students seeking Paramedic Licensure, with an emphasis on non-traditional students. Toby found his calling later in life than some, but once he found it, he absolutely loved every second of being a Paramedic. It is our goal to have Toby's legacy live on through future Paramedics. We expect our first scholarship recipients to be selected in the Spring of 2022.
